About Becky

​

Becky is a highly experienced strategic leader in academy trust governance, with over a decade of dedicated service in the MAT sector and more than 25 years in the wider education landscape. She has held senior governance roles in both regional and national multi-academy trusts, including some of England’s highest-performing MATs.

​

Becky is also an active MAT trustee and a former Chair of Governors at a Church of England primary school in Birmingham. She currently serves as a Trustee at Shine Academies.
 

Drawing on her background as a secondary school teacher and extensive leadership experience across a range of educational settings, Becky offers a clear, practical perspective on governance. She recognises that strong governance is the foundation of school improvement and is committed to helping trusts achieve the very best outcomes for their pupils.

Her consultancy work includes governance reviews, governor and trustee training, strategic planning, policy audits, and leadership engagement—always tailored to the unique needs of each trust or school.
